Proper sound setup can become quite involved and complex. Roland has a lot of great material on his website, but having a knowledgeable person to ask for questions and get feedback from is invaluable and he makes it not only easy and convenient to schedule but is also an extremely knowledageable resource.
Working with Roland was so easy. I had what I thought was a relatively straightforward install question, but because of Roland's deep experience with HT design, he was able to quickly advise me on some placement considerations that took into account my whole system and how the different sound stages work together. Without his help, I'm pretty confident I would have made a big mistake in my placement. Roland also provided me with additional documents that helped me with the rest of my install as well. This is a great service at a great value. Highly recommended to anyone!
