Consultancy Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Please aim to turn up on time to the appointment.

If you need to reschedule, please aim to do that 24hrs before the appointment. I will be unable to refund an appointment that was not attended without notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that you are able to request a full or partial refund for your last appointment with me if you feel it was not of value to you within 14 days of that appointment. I will try and resolve the issue with you to ensure you get the value you were after. If I am unable to do so, I may request you to fill out a short questionnaire to help improve the service and will issue your refund.

You will however not be able to request a refund for an appointment that was before your last one. This means that booking a follow-up appointment is confirmation that your previous appointment was of value and you would like to continue working together. Therefore, it is advised that any issues are resolved before booking a follow-up appointment.
