Important Warning: Only use DXF files that are from the same revision to avoid compatibility issues during assembly. Mixing files from different revisions may result in improper fitment and assembly errors.

v1.1 – First Update After Customer Feedback (9/26/24)

  • Design
    • Adjusted all outside panel grooves from 20mm to 19mm for improved fitment across all versions.
    • Increased the planned gap between EXT30 braces from 2mm to 5mm to simplify assembly and improve manufacturability.
  • Guide:
    • Added graphics indicating where damping insulation should be placed in LCR, EXT30, and EXT15 models.
    • Clarified that round purchased ports are Only needed for the manual model; CNC models do not require them.
    • Noted that top and bottom braces of enclosures must be sanded flat with other panels to ensure a better seal.
    • Added an explanation of the naming scheme for DXF files.
    • Included, extra EQ setting if 800-1000Hz sounds harsh.
  • Drawing package
    • Corrected DXF files that were not named correctly and are aligned with part numbers in the drawing package.
  • DXF files
    • Made sure that all files matched the part numbers on the drawing.
    • Removed CNC nests DXFs as they were not being used by customers.
